Wholesale Discount:

All items are sold for the purpose of resale. Net Prices noted are your cost.

Minimum Order:

1st time minimum order $100.00 Net

All orders after the 1st have a $50.00 minimum

Payment Terms:

 A 5% discount is allowed on products payed for by check or cash and picked up at the warehouse and paid upon receipt.

Credit Card Accounts:

Mastercard, Visa, and Discover accounts are welcome. There is no 5% Warehouse pickup discount allowed with credit card purchases.

Past Due Accounts:

Any returned checks are subject to bank charges as well as a $10.00 service charge. All unpaid balances are subject to a 2% late charge per month as well as any related collection fees.

Freight:

Freight charges are added to the merchandise total, according to UPS. We do our best to box as many items together as possible in order to save our customers on shipping charges. If you would like to know shipping before your items are sent out, please include a note on your order.

Shipments:

All orders are shipped UPS, truck and Parcel Post.

Sales Tax:

New York State dealers must supply us with a "Resale Certificate".

Price Fluctuations:

Our prices are subject to change. We will make all attempts to notify you, however, please check your invoice sent with your order.

Returned Merchandise:

We will not accept goods returned without our permission. Returned goods are subject to a 15% handling charge if the mistake is yours. We will gladly correct our errors at our own expense. Returned merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in original saleable condition.

Damaged Shipments:

Damaged goods must be reported to UPS upon receipt. Claims will not be allowed unless UPS has a record of your claim.

Expediting Order:

We work to get your order out within 24 hours of receipt.

Backorders:

We will ship backorders (usually with your next order), within 30 days, unless otherwise requested.
